HISTORY

Gioltex company was established in 1976 in Athens, Greece by the entrepreneur Mr. Giolaris Dimitris. In 2019, the new generation took the lead of the company, continuing its development and growth with new ideas and innovative products.

Gioltex company is a leading company in the production of textiles and knitting products. More specifically, we produce a wide range of knitted ribs (e.g. for collars, cuffs, or sweaters’ hems), knitted textiles and fabrics, and knitted clothing. 

Additionally, Gioltex is active in the production of cords (e.g. for crochet handmade bags and accessories) in a variety of colors, dimensions and raw materials.

Our products have many applications in the apparel industry and can be utilized to make crochet bags and accessories or to adorn clothes with knitted ribs, cuffs, collars or hems for polo t-shirts and jackets.

Having our own machinery and investing in new technologies, we are flexible in the production and the customization of your own designs.

Moreover, we constantly invest in research and development of new products and designs, following always the latest trends in the market.  We strive to offer to our customers high quality products and unique designs in competitive prices.

Browsing though our site, you have the opportunity to see some indicative samples of our work. Please keep in mind that we are able to customize and change the existing designs based on your unique needs and inquiries.

The yarns that we could use are:   cotton, acrylic, polyester, acetate, rayon, viscose, polypropylene, nylon, metallic, fantasy etc.    You can request samples so you can assess the quality of our work and we are flexible in production with a minimum order of 20 pieces. Consequently, our customers can order the specific quantities they need.
